  • How far in advance should I book event florals?

    For events, we recommend booking at least 2-3 weeks in advance to ensure availability and to give us time to source the freshest flowers that match your vision. However, we can accommodate tighter timelines depending on the scope of the project. Just contact us and we'll figure something out.

  • How do I schedule a pick-up?

    When checking out, you will have the opportunity to present a requested pick-up time and date. From there, you will receive an e-mail within 24 hours of checkout to confirm.

  • Do you offer delivery?

    Yes! goodroots offers plant + floral deliveries within Los Angeles County.

  • Do you offer maintenance for plants after installation?

    We offer customized maintenance plans that include regular plant care, trimming, and replacement to ensure your plants stay in top shape. Our services are designed to be worry-free, so you can enjoy the benefits of greenery without the hassle.

  • What care instructions should I follow for my plant?

    We provide care instructions with every installation, but our regular maintenance service takes the guesswork out of plant care. If you ever have questions, we’re just a call or email away.

  • Do you have a brick-and-mortar store?

    At the moment, goodroots is operating exclusively on a pick-up basis. If you would like to see additional products in-person, please let us know prior to your appointment.

  • Do you require a minimum contract period for your services?

    We ask for a minimum 3-month commitment for our initial contracts, with the option to renew for 12 months if you're happy with the results.

  • What's your return policy?

    goodroots takes pride in delivering fresh, beautiful florals. However, flowers are delicate and require proper care to thrive. With the right care, we guarantee your flowers will last at least 72 hours from the pickup or delivery date.

    If you experience any issues, please email us at hello@goodrootscollective.com within 72 hours, including a detailed description and photos of your flowers.

    Please note, we do not offer refunds or replacements based on personal taste, color, or flower preferences. All arrangements are "Designer’s Choice," crafted with seasonal blooms to ensure unique, one-of-a-kind designs. If you prefer pre-determined styles or a “menu'“ florist, we will be unable to serve you.
